  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

We currently ship only to the United States.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days of placing your order.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays or weather conditions.


3. Order Tracking

4. Shipping Delays

Tambolo is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to keep you informed in case of any significant delays and will provide updates regarding the status of your order.


5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at info@tambolo.world within 2-5 business days of the marked delivery date. We will assist in locating your package, but we are not liable for lost items once they are marked as delivered.

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us immediately at info@tambolo.world. We will help you file a claim with the carrier.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. Tambolo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If you realize that the address was entered incorrectly, contact us at info@tambolo.world immediately. We will attempt to correct the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Tambolo currently ships only within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping destinations in the future.
